Rögnvaldur Guðbrandsson graduated as a Professional Chef in 1989. Over the years he has catered at many of the high end restaurants in Iceland, Hótel Holt, Jónatan Livingstone mávur, Hótel Stykkishólmur and Rub 23 to name a few.
For individuals and groups up to 10 people he offers high end banquets where he will cater delicious food either in the wilderness of Iceland or somewhere in the lowlands.
A feast will be served, the table fully dressed at a pop up restaurant specially put in place for the occasion. For those looking for a unique experience and dining privately in Icelandic nature this is the way to go.

Drive and dine combines the two fields Rögnvaldur operates in.
Rögnvaldur can be the chef or the driver guide or both in one journey.
With Rögnvaldur in the Dodge RAM 3500 the maximum capacity is 4 passengers on a day tour and a feast is served at a selected destination.
For larger groups of people, the feast will be ready and set up at the pop up restaurant at a predetermined location once your group gets there.
